SideKind is a studio that designs, builds, and runs custom AI agents for client-service teams. The name is the whole idea: a sidekick, on your team's side, kind enough to stay in the background. The human stays the hero; the agent quietly handles the work nobody should have to.

We're operators, not a lab. SideKind is run by long-time business owners, full-stack marketers, and ops directors, people who've carried a number, run an account, and closed the books. We built our first agents to kill our own boring loops. The ones that worked, we turned into a practice.

Every client-service team has the same quiet drag: repeatable loops that eat the hours before anyone gets to the work only they can do. Pipeline hygiene, account research, QBR prep, inbox triage, the back office. It isn't that the work is hard. It's that there's too much of it, and it never stops.

So we build an agent for the loop and run it in the tools your team already lives in, your CRM, your inbox, your Slack, your ad accounts. Not another app nobody opens. The boring loop gets handled; your people get the hours back.

We build a range of role-based agents. Alfred, our flagship, is a private AI teammate that lives in each rep's Slack, live now in agency beta. Around it sits a lineup that shows the kind of agent we build: Kate on inbound and outbound, Mira on client success, Sloane on market intelligence, Drew on paid media, Quinn on the back office. The lineup is proof of range, not a menu. Every build starts from your actual problem.

What we believe

• Ship it, then run it. Slideware doesn't count. An agent is done when it's live on real data, doing its real job, and we stay on to run it with you.
• In your tools, not ours. The agent works where your team already works. No new app to adopt, no workflow to relearn.
• Earn autonomy, don't assume it. Every agent starts in shadow mode, observing and drafting before it acts. Trust is earned action by action, not assumed on day one.
• A metric, or it didn't happen. Before we build, we write the test that says it's working. If we can't define that test, we don't take the project.
• Yours to keep. Cancel any month, take it in-house any time. We build agents you own, not a dependency on us.

Where this is headed

SideKind is a studio, not a single bot. Alfred is the flagship, but the pattern travels: wherever a client-service team is drowning in a repeatable loop, there's an agent worth building, discreet by default, earning autonomy as it earns trust. Same studio, different work.
